‘Opposite of rust’ - Air Max Dn8 by Shaun Daniel Allen (Shal)

For this year's Air Max Day, Shaun Daniel Allen (Shal) joined forces with Nike to create an immersive experience that pushed boundaries. The collaboration brought to life large-scale textile installations, video works, and audioscapes - all celebrating the revolutionary design of the new Air Max DN8.

The installations became the centerpiece of the collaborative Air Max Day event, transforming the space into a temple of culture and avant-garde art. But Shal didn't stop at visual art - he curated a lineup of immersive live performances to complete the sensory experience. Industrial wave artist Buzz Kull delivered haunting synthscapes, Nerve Damage brought their signature raw energy, and Jono Ma (of Jagwar Ma fame) closed out the night with his genre-defying electronic rhythms.
