Spring 1883 Art Fair

Spring1883 returns to The Windsor this August, with 35 leading galleries across all four levels. Among them, Sydney’s China Heights Gallery makes its first appearance at the fair.

For its Spring1883 debut, China Heights presents a selection of paintings, textiles, and sculpture by artists interrogating material hierarchies. The works share a raw, tactile immediacy, reflecting the gallery’s sustained focus – over two decades as a pioneering Sydney space – on art that requires direct physical encounter. China Heights is noted for its dynamic program, ambitious commissions, and significant collaborations.
