SpiderXdeath, Mobshity (US), feat: Lauren Lau & Rusted Chroma

‘What We Do Is Swindle’ is group exhibition featuring Sydney based tattoo artist SpiderXdeath, alongside with Philadelphian illustrator Mobshity. The showcase also features video installation from Lauren Lau & Rusted Chroma.

SpiderXdeath has displayed original works that have informed his tattoo practice, with drawings which have been used for various punk flyers & show. His installation also includes artisan prints, patches, records & tattooed massage devices.
Mobshity has created 100+ hand drawn t-shirts with Sharpie, inspired by punk, gothic & heavy metal music album artwork & band logo’s. All pieces are a unique editions, and can be either worn or displayed.
The video component of the exhibition, features Lauren Lau’s ‘Eyeliner, a compilation of Super 8 footage of moving portraiture; & Rusted Chroma’s VHS camcorder movies of live performances from Australia’s underground punk scene.
