Shot in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, Jesse Lizotte’s photos are a mixture of incidental moments and portraits that combine to give a stark and intimate insight into a lifestyle often emulated in popular culture around the world.

Jesse Lizotte is an Australian/American photographer that gravitates towards subcultures, driven by an interest in the way in which people on the fringes of society influence popular culture and fashion. Lowrider is his first solo exhibition, held at China Heights Gallery in Sydney.
